I've had this from new a few years but has not been used and it was too large for me only! Clean good condition but used. There are a few coffee grinds I have not been able to clean out but will clear with a "dry run" on receipt. This includes the instructions and additional replacement charcoal filters which I would advise to change often in hard water areas. Instructions and additional water filters which I bought separately.
