Has one flaw in the back right corner near the bottom, just a slight indent. Barely visible when the machine is set on your counter. (See pics) Comes with two water filters, milk carafe, chocolate carafe. Milk carafe comes included with an additional grommet in the base of the hose inside of it, which increases the temperature of the milk.

Can be used with or without it. This has been my personal machine for the last 2 years. I love it but I just upgraded to a jura giga5. Jura Krups Philips saeco gaggia delonghi breville super automatic espresso machine.
