Breville BES870XL Barista Express Espresso Machine Brushed Stainless Steel. This machine isn't very old, and as far as I know, it has no issues. From last I used it, it was probably 6 months old, and I cleaned it outside and inside (as best I could with the inside).

It'll come with all the original accessories, paperwork, and box. It also is coming with a few extra accessories I got along the way you can see in an attached pic. They're all really nice but they fit this machine and not my newer one.

And no, you can't remove them to get a lower price, sorry.
